At Trygon, we are focused on identifying, acquiring and operating highly productive commerical properties, apartment buildings, and residential rental real estate. The mission at Trygon is to generate free cash flow from our properties that can be re-invested in the acquisition of new properties that meet our acquisition criteria.  

Acquisition Criteria

1. Property must be located in established area or neighborhood....we do not speculate on location

2. Property net income must exceed debt maintenance by more than 30 percent.

3. Commerical properties must have existing lease in place with "National" tenant.
